Wenzhou Fuda Stationery Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. We achieved a great development in these 23 years. By now, we have two factories which are located in Wenzhou Longwan Agricultural Dev. Zone and Lishui Liandu Dev. Zone. Our brand "Zhongcai" won the honors of "Chinese Pen Making Brand" and "National Quality Trustworthy Brand". We produce more than 100 various items which include water-color pens, color marker pens, fineliner pens, oil pastels, highlight pens and art sets. The annual output is about 800 to 900 million pieces. Our factory was certified by BSCI in 2018 and our products passed Phthalates-free test, EN71-1,2,3,9-11 test, ASTM D-4236 & F963 test / CPSIA, CA DROP 65 test, BS7272-1 ,2 test / TRA and LHAMA test, and , which makes our products popular in more than 60 countries and regions.
