2025 Ningbo International Stationery Fair will be held on March 19-21, 2025 in Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, the exhibition covers four major areas of office, learning, art, life, ten plates of exhibits, the whole industry chain is presented.

In 2025, the scale of the exhibition will be upgraded again, with new outdoor pavilions on the basis of the original full pavilions (8 pavilions), with a total area of 56,000 square meters and more than 2,700 standard booths.

Thanks to the trust and support of the industry, just one month after the last exhibition, 1,218 enterprises from home and abroad have already participated in the exhibition (including 112 new exhibitors), with 2,085 confirmed booths, accounting for 76.57% of the total number of booths. The balance of booths has been seriously insufficient!

The last show (2024 Ningbo International Stationery Fair) was successfully held on March 27-29, 2024 at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, with record high exhibitor scale and visitor attendance, and overseas buyers from 64 small businesses, further enhancing the degree of internationalization. Against the backdrop of the current sustained pressure on the global economy, the Ningbo Stationery Show has become a platform for global stationery industry players to understand market trends, find innovative products, discover industry opportunities and benefits.
