MDMJ-001 High Speed Pencil Rounding & Grinding Machine is used for rounding & grinding process.Rounding the end of the pencil into a circular arc top for dipping process or sharpening the one end of pencil by sandpaper.Two function can not be used at one time.Pencils from the hopper and are transmitted by the drive screw to ensure pencils stability.The production rate of machine can be consistent when produce different type of pencils. The processing method is by sandpaper(Note: sandpaper is P50 sand belt, the replacement is extremely simple and convenient), the end becomes smooth and neat after rounding and grinding.
